Trip to the Zoo

Well I went to the zoo with the YMCA kids as a volunteer. It was a lot of fun, I got to meet lots of cute kids and enjoy time outside at the zoo. I must say the bats were really cool, first time I'd ever seen them before. Here is a picture with my favorite buddy Logan! The two of us have gotten to spend lots more fun times together!

The New Place

Well I have been waiting for my furniture to arrive and finally have everything in place and organized. Now that I have it all enjoy the pictures of my home and my beautiful new furniture!This is my office where I spend most of my days working!

Girls Having Fun

Well my two fabulous friends Kacie and Traci came on separate trips but at the same time to visit me. My empty house was filled with fun and laughter. We ate out, went to movies, saw the beach and did tons of relaxing. I very much loved having my friends around where we could talk and spend time together. I have missed them ever since I left Utah and I love all those who want to come and visit me, my house is always open for visitors:)

Trip to Texas

I had a week off of work and decided what better way to spend it than to go visit my sister Stephanie, her husband Eldon and my neice Sophie in Texas. It had been since Christmas since the last time I saw their family and it was nice to be able to go and play with them. We went to the Botanic Garden, a Rangers game, shopping and just having fun. Sophie is the cutest girl ever and found that my being there meant that there were things she could play with not normally in the house. She loved my suitcase, my cell phone, getting into my underwear, and even my tampons.Sophie was a total ham, she loved goofing off and pulling the silliest faces. She is already so cute and to top it off she's hilarious.

So while in Texas we were able to go to a Texas Rangers game who were play against the New York Yankees. The game started at 7pm but due to the oncoming bad weather they covered the field, made us leave our seats and wait for the storm to pass over. The clouds came as did rain and lightning and to top it off, hail! We got drenched and crossed our fingers the game would still occur. The storm passed over and after uncovering the field the game started at 9:30pm. We stayed through to the 5th inning around 11:30 but Sophie had had enough and was way past her bedtime. The game ended with a win from the Rangers 7-3. In the picture below you can see the storm and also the newly built football stadium in Arrlington, that is the pride and joy of Texas, it is still being worked on. You can see it from the Rangers Stadium.It was sad to leave, I had such a good time. I will miss you guys and hope to see you again soon:)
